Compress the upper band spring with the quick clamp. If the guard is difficult to remove you can turn the rifle over and tap the guard out from the top using a wooden dowel.ġ4) Depress the magazine catch located at the front of the inside of the trigger guard as shown in figure 14.ġ6) Separate the magazine box from the trigger guard.ġ7) I have found that padded rubber, quick clamps are invaluable in disassembling firearms.
